103 Mississippi homeowners' insurance policy holders challenged State Farm when the company refused to cover damages related to Hurricane Katrina. State Farm settled with these policy holders today (9/17/07), but the terms of the settlement are confidential. State Farm still has nearly two thousand claims throughout the Gulf Coast Area.
