Highway Defect

Personal injuries can occur not only due to the fault of the driver of an auto but also due to the fault of the city or state that is responsible for providing a safe driving enviornment. The city or state can breach their responsibility to the motoring public in may ways including: Failing to properly construct the roads; failing to properly maintain the condition of the roads; and failing to properly control the traffic on the roads with adequate signs, lights, and other warning devices.

For years, victims faced with these problems have turned to the attorneys at HHK&C to protect their legal interests. We work with our clients in an effort to gain all of the relevant facts. We investigate the car accident, talk to witnesses, inspect the vehicles involved, and examine the scene of the auto accident for further information. Our attorneys work with experts to determine the cause of the auto accident. We handle negotiations with the opposing party and the auto insurance companies, and if a case cannot be resolved, we bring the case to trial.

HHKC's Highway Defect section practice includes all incidents that occur on all public or private roads, bridges, highways and interstates.
