Mr. Weintraub graduated from Georgia Tech in 2005 where he received his B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a certificate in Philosophy of Science and Technology. After graduating, he worked as a consultant to businesses and manufacturing companies, helping to optimize their enterprise resource management solutions, supply chain solutions and business processes.
After working as a consultant for two years, Mr. Weintraub attended Villanova University's School of Law, where he received his J.D. in May 2010. During law school, he was a member of the Villanova Law Review and also served as a managing editor of the Law Review's journal, a student-run and student-edited journal devoted to the advancement of legal scholarship. Mr. Weintraub's article, "Landlords Needed, Tolerance Preferred: A Clash of Fairness and Freedom in Fair Housing Council v. Roommates.com," was published in the Law Review journal in 2009 and was also awarded the journal's Scribes Award.
While in law school, Mr. Weintraub worked for the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel and volunteered for Southeast Louisiana Legal Services in New Orleans.
Mr. Weintraub's areas of practice will include civil litigation, class actions, multi-district litigation, product liability, personal injury and wrongful death. He is licensed to practice in Louisiana, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
