Lawyers USA has named HHKC partner Russ Herman Lawyer of the Year for 2007. Mr. Herman was recognized for his storied accomplishments, including his recent success as Plaintiffs' Liaison Counsel and Lead Negotiator resulting in the $4.85 Billion Dollar Vioxx Litigation Settlement, his which is noted to be one of the largest civil settlements in history, his past victories against the tobacco industry and his commitment to the revitalization of the City of New Orleans.
